Imports
From any port to your shelf.
Every import is tracked as one transfer: by sea or by air, through customs, then on a truck to the warehouse. Wherever your supplier is, you always know which leg it's on.
Drag to move the shipment along its route. Transit times are examples; in Stacko you set the ETA for each shipment or each leg.
Upload the invoice. Stacko drafts the shipment.
Send the supplier's invoice or packing list as a PDF, an Excel file or a photo. AI reads every line and prepares a draft. New or unclear items are flagged, and nothing is recorded until someone with approval rights confirms it.

Do I have to replace my current system?
No. If you already use an ERP such as Odoo or SAP, Stacko can sit on top of it and add the map and AI document capture. If you don't have a system, Stacko can be your full inventory.
Does the AI change my stock on its own?
No. The AI reads messages and documents and prepares drafts. New or unclear items are flagged, and stock only changes after someone with approval rights confirms the draft.
What documents can Stacko read?
Supplier invoices and packing lists, as a PDF, an Excel file or a photo. Stacko picks out the supplier, invoice number, date, items, quantities, units and totals when they're on the document.
Who owns the data?
You do. Each company's data is kept separate, and only the people you give access to can see it.
Can I control who does what?
Yes. Permissions are set per action and per location, starting from nine ready-made roles you can adjust. The person who drafts a transaction can't approve it.
Can you bring in our existing Excel sheets?
Yes. Setup includes importing your products, locations and opening stock from your current files, so your team starts with real numbers.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how many locations and products you have, and whether we connect to an existing system. We agree on a clear plan during the demo.
